Product Description

1. Machine Introduction
The machine is applicable for cutting steel pipe into various beveling type. List of beveling type see below picture.
The machine has 2 category of Friction Roller type for large diameter ( up to 56´, which is ø1422mm)and 3 Claw type for small diameter (60?600mm)pipe.
The machine is equipped with beveling unit/ 5-axle control system/precise no-clearance transmission system, of advanced hardware and strong software capability, meeting various cutting requirement. Both flame and plasma cutting is available.

There are 2 types of pipe cutting machine in terms of structure depending on size of workpiece pipe:
Frication Roller type and 3-Claw type:

1) CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine --- Frication Roller type

This machine is applicable for cutting steel pipe of large diameter( up to 56´, or ø1422mm).
The machine is equipped with beveling unit/ 5-axle control system/precise no-clearance transmission system, of advanced hardware and strong software capability, meeting various cutting requirement. Both flame and plasma cutting is available.

2) CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine --- 3-Claw type

The machine is applicable for cutting steel pipe of small diameter(60?600mm). Fitting& Revolve of the pipe is carried out with the 3-Claw fixture at front end of the machine.
The machine is equipped with beveling unit/ 5-axle control system/precise no-clearance transmission system of advanced hardware and strong software capability, meeting various cutting requirement. Both flame and plasma cutting is available.

Dia. of the pipe:                   Φ80~Φ600mm(thin thickness correspond to small dia.)
Pipe Length: Up to 6000mm
Applicable pipe thickness: 5-20 mm for flame cutting
3-12 mm for plasma cutting
Applicable pipe length:      2~6m
Cutting speed: 200~1000mm(on the basis of plate material and thickness)
Qty of Axis controlled:        5-Axis, of which 4 axis are inter-controlled
Degree of freedom of the grooving system:infinite continuous revolve within ±45°

Main body: 1 set of machine bed, head stock, column, grooving system each
Cutting system: 1 set of flame torch, 1 set plasma cutting system (China Huayuan LG-125HA, or Hypertherm PowerMAX125), pipeline each
Pipe supporting system: One sets, with pipe rotate drive system
