- Product Brief
This product is for welding workpiece at optimum ergonomics status, and bringing along best welding quality accordingly.
- Upon fixation of workpiece, it can be adjusted to best welding position by Elevation/ Revolve and Tilt;
- For welding workpiece of various kinds, the positioner has several categories of structure as Standard Type/ Elevating Type/ Tilting Type/ Head& Tail Type/ Special Made under series range of loading capacity (see below table);
- Revolving speed of workpiece is adjustable with inverter control
- There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.
- Temperature: -10ºC~40ºC
- Humidity: Max. humidity 90%
- Power: voltage fluctuation(for rated frequency)≤±10%
- Frequency variation(for rated voltage)≤±2%
Servo-drive type Welding Positioner
This series of product is for working as part of robot welding system. Equipped with servo unit, the positioner can communicate with robot during welding process. It is the general-purpose equipment for adjustment of work-piece position for best Welding/Assembly operation. It has wide application.
This equipment can be adjusted to best position for welding by revolve and tilt, after fixed with work-piece. There is a range of specification to choose from catering for various welding requirement.
The revolve and tilt reducer use braking motor to use safety when workpiece at any position.
