- Product Brief
The machine is for submerged arc welding of H Beam in automatic production line (Counterpart of Gantry type SAW machine). Usually 4 sets of the machine are necessary in an flow line; Or it can be used one set individually.
2. Work conditions
- There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.

3. Product Introduction:
The machine is composed of trolley, column, beam, sliding plate mechanism, travel reducer, arc-tracer of welding gun, transport and recovery system of welding flux, drag-chain, electrical system, etc. Machine movement is controlled with A.C. inverter, that is, 2 motors drive gears into rotation through 2 reducers, which in turn drive 2 shafts. For this reason, the driving style of double shafts, four wheels can avoid crawling phenomenon caused from skidding, making running stable and reliable.
Welding arm moves vertically and horizontally under gear and rack drive, suitable for welding of H-beams of diversified specifications, avoiding non-positioning midway problem when driven with air cylinder. The arc-tracing mechanism of machine is of 3-axle tracing, of which vertical direction is pneumatic type, horizontal direction is floating type, so correct centering to welding seam can be assured, deflective welding can be avoided.
SAW machine is China made ZD7-1000IGBT PRO welding source, wire feeder and control panel each one set. Or can use Lincoln made PowerPlus-1000HD, RCH-1 wire feeder and control panel each one set.
Based on size of H Beam web, the machine has 3 specifications: LHC-15, for web height up to 1500mm; LHC-18, for web height up to 1800mm; And LHC-20, for web height up to 2000mm.
