- Product Brief
This Angle Steel Straightening machine is mainly for straightening angle steel beam longitudinal direction deformation. It features in simple operation, high straightening speed, good straightening quality. It can be widely used in many industries.

- There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.
- Temperature: -10ºC~40ºC

Performance and characteristic
ASM-series Angle Steel Straightening machine, main transmission system is adopted with 5.5KW motor and driven by cycloidal gear speed reducer, with high transmission efficiency and rapid straightening speed.
All the straightening rollers are all made of quality steel, and have gone through advanced heat-treatment, insuring long-term stability and usage without defects as crack, etc. Besides, all the parts and components are reinforced. The machine is equipped with operating box so as to ensure easy operation.
- To install handwheel for press of top roller. And have indicator to display press distance.
- With input and output conveyor.

- Main machine including: base frame, top press frame, motor and reducer, 5 sets top straightening roller, 4 sets down roller, etc.
- Transporting conveyor: input/ output conveyor each two sections (5.0m/section for easy stuff the container);
- Electrical system including: electrical board, operating box and its accessories
- Spare parts including: 2 pieces of pushbutton
- Technical documents including: Operating manual (including electrical diagram). Delivery list. Certificate. Foundation diagram
Based on size of angle steel to be straightened, there are several models of machine to choose from: ASM63/ ASM100/ ASM130/ ASM150/ ASM200. And we can design and produce custom-made version based on specific requirement from customers.
