The machine is for milling end face of steel structure members such as H beam or BOX beam.
The machine is for facing of steel structure members as H-beam, box-beam with the merit to easy operation, simple structure and quick adjustment. It is the requisite equipment for welding steel-structure manufacturers, Appearance of the machine see below picture:
The machine has 2 broad categories: Ordinary type and CNC type. Of which ordinary type can make all standard beveling style, and CNC type is equipped with CNC system and servo-motor, and can make various kinds beveling based on customer request.
Under each category we also have various size of machine to choose from according to workpiece, from DX1010 to as large as DX6080. Also, we can design and produce special size machine on practical application.
2. Working condition* - speed of movement is settled by different variable speed drive, have 2 sets inverter.
Ambient temperature: -10ºC ~ 40 ºC
Relative humidity:Max. monthly average relative humidity is 90%

The machine is for milling end face of steel structure members such as H beam or BOX beam.
- Equipped with milling unit made by professional manufacturer, milling speed of both horizontal and vertical direction can be controlled with inverter;
- To mill endface of work-piece, angle of milling unit can be adjusted manually along vertical surface;
- Optional hydraulicdriven work-piece rack is available for clamping work-piece reliably, dampening milling vibration and lessening noise greatly.

4. Performance
- The machine is composed of facing head, column, machine body, mechanical feeding system, control system, guard unit of rail, facing-blade;
- Both the horizontal and vertical rails are precise type, of great loading capacity, little clearance and good accuracy;
- The facing head can travel along spindle, of 100mm stroke;
- The machine is equipped with operating pedant, easy for operation and blade alignment;
- The vertical rail is protected from dust and scrap thanks to guard cover;
- For guarding unit of horizontal rail, it is of cascading style, with the advantage of good seal, good dissipation and long life. There is peep hole on the guard cover, thru which lubricating and cleanness condition of the rail can be observed;
- The machine body and column are of welding structure, and integrally annealed post welding, stable, non-deform and good precession;
- The facing head is produced by professional manufacturer, featuring in reasonable structure, reliable performance, broad speed range, good rigidity, low noise, high efficiency and easy operation. Rpm of facing head can be adjusted by handle based on diameter of facing-blade bed;
- The facing head can be revolved integrally within the range of 0~45º in the vertical slides, for ease of beveling. This is the option unit unique to our company;
- There is manual lubricating pump on the horizontal slides, making good lubrication of the rail;
- The facing-blade bed of the machine is of standard type, which is available on the market. The facing-blade is made of carbide alloy steel;
- The vertical guide is 45# steel, grinding machine and fix on column with bolts.
- The nameplates on the machine and technical documents are all written in English. The machine has the color of yellow and gray.
- Hydraulic lamp rack: two sets of rack, hydraulic station.
