- Product Brief
RH-series End Plate Trimming machine is for rounding edge of steel plate or T Beam, to have better painting adhesion and stress relief.

RH-series End Plate Trimming machine is our development based on technology and research experience of welding equipment, and special characteristic of plate round. The machine has advantages of simple and reliability, reasonable structure and easy operation.
For this plate rounding line, need one main machine, input and output conveyor, hydraulic station, electrical system and control box.
Machine have two sets roller for different sheet thickness.
The machine body composes of bed, stationary rounding unit, movable rounding unit, horizontal guide unit, downward press unit, side roller unit, horizontal support roller. The bed is welded into structure, of which its rigidity and strength has been calculated before design.
The stationary rounding unit drives press roller into revolve with cycloidal reducer thru coupler, making work-piece rounded continuously.
All the press rollers are made of top-quality alloy steel 35CrMo, and gone thru advanced heat treatment, avoiding defect of crack, making its stability and long term use.
Based on width of plate and or T Beam to be trimmed, the machine has several specifications to choose. Besides, we can design and produce special-made machine according to specific customer needs.
