3. Product Introduction:Main frame of J28 Longitudinal Rib Plate Straightening machine is welded into shape with high strength plates and profiles, with sufficient rigidity and strength, meeting the requirement of long-term use. There are three sets of straightening unit with the machine, and all of them can move along transverse way, with soft electric limit switch, as well as hard stop of rubber bumper. Holding bearing of the downward ram has sufficient holding capacity and good lubrication. The synchronous transverse movement of all the upward and downward rams of all the straightening units are driven with motor reducer and detected with encoder, under the same centering point. Revolving of bottom straightening rollers are driven with reducer of high-power hightorque, making the workpiece straightened and moved back and forth on the conveyor. Driving torque of reducer is sufficient enough, that even under the circumstance of uneven platebeing straightened, or skidding of the plate, the reducer will not be spoiled. There are one set of supporting rollers at the front side and back side of main frame respectively. The supporting rollers are elevated driven with hydraulic station (40mm stroke), and coupled by means of sprocket and chain with revolving shaft of bottom straightening rollers. Hydraulic station and control board of the machine are installed above the top of the main frame. Both guardrail and staircase are made of 30*30mm square tubes.
