Different from traditional edge milling machine, this machine features in fixed milling head and traveling plate. - During work, the two milling units alongside both sides of plate chamfer the plate;
- Distance between the two milling units can be adjusted according to plate width;
- The milling unit can be customer-made based on required beveling type;
- Top and bottom side of both sides of plate can be chamfered one time together (which means 4 chamfer).

2. Pipe Tack welding machineThe machine is for tack welding of cylindrical parts in lamp post/power post. The workpiece is pressed under hydraulic driven, fed and CO2 welded at the same time. The machine is highly automatic and efficient.
3. Welding FixtureIt is used for accurate positioning and assembly of welding structure members in the industry of construction machinery. 4. Hobbing Cutter

5. Rolling Boring machine
This equipment is used for precise machining of cylindrical parts.The workpiece is fixed onto base. Boring head revolves in the process of work-piece fed-in/out. In this way, the workpiece is bored during feed-in and rolled during retreat.The machine is highly efficient and precise. 6. Roller Strap Cladding machine
This machine is used for GMAW or SAW on surface of cylindrical parts. The workpiece is clamped and rotated with three-jaw chuck (rotation speed controlled with inverter). Welding torch moves on surface of workpiece evenly with the predetermined pitch, finishing strap cladding on workpiece surface.Optional units as Arc Swing/ Facing unit can be equipped. 7. Internal Longitudinal Welding machine of large Pipe Tank Tube
This machine is used in Large pipe longitudinal Submerged Arc Weld.- Max. length of pipe is 12m;
