- Product Brief
This is the general-purpose equipment for welding/assembly of cylindrical/pipe/tube/vessel work-piece. It has wide application in industries of petrochemical, pressure vessel, etc.
The product has 3 categories: Self-Adjust (Loading capacity 5~ 250Ton)/ Lead Screw Adjust (Loading capacity 2~ 60Ton)/ Bolt Adjust (Loading capacity 2~ 1000Ton, up to 2000Ton). Product brief:1) Product structure is 2 sets of rollers, one driving one idle;
2) To adapting work-pieces of various diameter, Adjustment way has 3 kinds: Self-Adjust/ Lead Screw Adjust/ Bolt Adjust;
3) Rotating speed of rollers can be adjusted with inverter, in digit-display;
4) Roller material (PU or Metallic) depends on loading capacity required, ensuring big driving force and smooth rotation;
5) The product has standard structure and outsourcing components. And we can design and produce specific ones for customer need. For example, travel type, tilting type, etc.;
6) For Lead Screw Adjust product, anti-drift capability can be introduced with vertical stroke air cylinder

By means of proper adjustment, welding-seam on the work-piece can be controlled to optimum position, fulfilling the purpose of reducing labor intensity,improving welding speed and guaranteeing welding quality. 2. 1) There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.
2) Temperature: -10ºC~40ºC
3) Humidity: Max. humidity 90%
4) Power: voltage fluctuation(for rated frequency)≤±10%
5) Frequency variation(for rated voltage)≤±2%
3. Product Introduction:
Bolt Adjust Pipe Tank Vessel Rotator Turning Roll:
This is the general-purpose equipment for Welding/Assembly of cylindrical work-piece. It has wide application, especially for big work-piece. Loading capacity ranges in 2~ 1000Ton. Special designed product can be up to 2000Ton. Product brief:1) Product structure is 2 sets of rollers, one driving one idle;
2) The two plier-shape racks fitting rollers are adjusted with bolt manually into several grades, to adapt to work-pieces of various diameter;
3) Rotating speed of rollers can be adjusted with inverter, and in digit-display;
4) Roller Material (PU or Metallic) depends on loading capacity required, ensuring big driving force and smooth rotation;
5) The product has standard structure and outsourcing components. And we can design and produce specific ones on customer need.

4. Product Structure
This series turning roll consists of driving roller, follow roller and electric system.I. Mechanical characteristic
1)Pedestals of driving, idler rollers are all box-type structure, with large capacity and long using time. There are hoisting-holes on the pedestal. Mounting-holes on the pedestal are machined finely post welding, ensuring mounting precision;
2)The 2 rollers on driving-frame are driven with reducer by way of gears, making work-piece into rotation. Its speed is controlled by electromagnetic speed controller.
3)Reducer features in reasonable structure,smooth running,little bulk,great torque and low noise;
4)The idle roller can lift-up by hydro-cylinder. Each idle roller bed have one set hydraulic station. Also idle roller bed have four wheel and can move on the railway by manual.
5)Each roller is combination of one rubber roller and two metallic rollers. Rubber rollers boosts friction force, while metallic rollers have good hardness, abrasion-proof,pressure-proof and long life;Core of roller is made of cast-iron, clad with rubber, with good abrasion-proof performance;
6)All the motion units of equipment has consummate lubricating system;
7)Welding structure members are stress-relieved post welding, guaranteeing long-term non-deformation.

3)Control board dust-proof,ventilating, protection grade IP40;
4)Pushbuttons,switches are identified;
5)Besides control board, there is a remote panel for operation;
