1. Machine Introduction
Table-type CNC Plasma Plate Cutting machine is for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Al., etc., with table-style machine frame. It has merit of compact size, accurate& quick& good quality cutting of best plate utilization, suitable for cutting small and or medium size metal plate. We provide optimum cutting solution by way of:
1) In terms of cutting style, the machine can be classified into 2 broad categories: Flame cutting and Plasma cutting;
2) In terms of adopted CNC, the machine can be classified into A(Chinese brand CNC), B (Spain FAGOR) and C (U.S. EDGE-CONNECT);
3) In terms of frame type, the machine can be classified into gantry-type and table-type (Of which gantry-type has majority application);
4) And, based on workpiece size, the machine has 4 standard type: 1.5m(Width)*3m(Length); 1.5m(Width)*5m(Length); 1.8m(Width)*3m(Length); 1.8m(Width)*5m(Length);
5) For plasma cutting, we also have one kind of special type: Underwater, which boosts little fume and low noise
3. Technical parameters:
Table-type CNC Plasma Plate Cutting machine is for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Al., etc., with table-style machine frame. It has merit of compact size, accurate& quick& good quality cutting of best plate utilization, suitable for cutting small and or medium size metal plate. We provide optimum cutting solution by way of:
- All the structure members of the machine are de-stressed thru anneal, guaranteeing machine strength;
- Double drive makes stable cutting process;
- Linear guideway makes smooth movement of cutting gantry;
- Main components are top-end outsourcing parts such as Germany precision reducer, Digital servo-system, Linear guide-way, etc.
- Cutting parameters such as cutting speed/ thickness are automatic control;
- Contour of CNC cutting finished product is manipulated with software;
- Torch vertical regulator makes cutting plate of fluctuated surface reliable and easy;
