HB-series Automatic H Beam Production line
HB-series Automatic H Beam Production Line is for making welding H Beam in fully automatic way.

2. Work conditions

There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.

3. Product Introduction:

Based on various web height of H-beam, there are 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.5m four specification of production lines for choice.

3) Process flow

First is material preparation by CNC cutting machine. A piece of web and a piece of flange are hoisted onto input conveyor of assembly machine by hoist. They will be clamped and positioned roughly with 3 sets of auxiliary clamping units(pulling-rod centering system) of assembly machine , then transported into assembly machine via driving input conveyor. Then automatic centering and clamping unit of assembly machine will adjust fundamental dimensions of web and flange, positioning and centering work-piece precisely. After these, press auto-start button, automatic spot-welding can be performed according to PLC program (Of which welding speed and welding-seam length can be set), also operator can perform manual spot welding. Then the welded ⊥-shape work-piece will be overturned 90°.The T-shape work-piece will then be hoisted onto input side of assembly machine by hoist, and together with another piece of flange, to carry out automatic spot-welding of another side of H-beam.
The H-shape work-piece is transported to gantry welding machine. After all the 4 seams have been welded, the H-beam will be sent to straightening machine for straightening. After straightening one piece of flange, the H-beam is overturned 180°, and another flange is straightened.
Advanced control,accurate digital display:To improve product quality,reduce operation difficulty, we realized digital control technology on assembly machine,LHA welding machine, which boost practicality and accuracy of entire line greatly.
LHA gantry SAW machine:Reasonable application of digital automation technology makes entire welding process intuitional and ease of control;Double drive travel mechanism,welding-seam tracker which combines mechanical and pneumatic system ensures smoothness and quality of welding.
