H-beam Assembly machineThis machine is for assembling raw material of flange and web into the structure of H beam, and have tack welding on the H beam to make it into a solid workpiece.The machine clamps and align both sides of flange and web together in phase, ensuring accurate and straight assemble of H-beam. Upon clamp of H-beam with hydraulic unit, 2 sets of CO2 welding machine perform tack-weld at both sides of H-beam simultaneously. The whole process of Assembly/ Feeding and Tack-weld are all controlled with PLC, featuring in good precision and high automation. 2. Work conditions
- There should not be explosive or corruptive industrial gas,steam or chemical deposition that may cause serious harm to equipment at working-site.

3. Product Introduction:Auto-assembly machine is a kind of H-beam full-automatic assembly equipment developed by us based on extensive market investigation and inquiry of customers. Positioning of flange and web is adopted with hydraulic transmission, both sides clamped and aligned mechanically, ensuring precise positioning of web and flange of different width within specified range. Automatic alignment is accurate, no need to adjust every time. (Eccentric roller is used for mini adjustment.) During assembly, the stopping rack driven with hydraulic system at end sides can ensure alignment of end side of web and flange. The guiding of upper pressing beam is adopted with right and left 4 groups of guide-way, ensuring pressing stability. The automatic spot-welding arc-tracing mechanism is driven by light-duty oil cylinder, compressed air not necessary. Input and output conveyor and input-side pulling rod system are of segmental type, so its length and quantity of conveyor can be decided on work-piece length. Control system adopts Japanese "MITSUBISHI" PLC. The speed of main motor is adjusted via "MITSUBISHI" A.C. inverter, ensuring smooth running. Components of hydraulic system are of standard ones equipped with finely-filter, ensuring the long and reliable performance of solenoid valves.Based on size of web, there are 3 models of the H beam Assembly machine to choose from, Z15/ Z18/ Z20.
